Brett Buck for an UNPRECEDENTED 4th time....and it wasn't close.

Yes as Uncle Jimby states, Brett won for an UNPRECEDENTED fourth time.
As always he used cunning and skill to totally dominate the competition. Before the event, Brett and I surveyed the Hurl site as to find the best location for a good bounce and optimal roll out.
With a ten knot tail wind, most Hurlers were somewhat surprised that Brett, Dave and myself opted for a medium trajectory Hurl'
Most others went for the high trajectory Hurl, thinking that they would benefit from the tailwind. The down side to the high trajectory plan, is that on descent, the Fox pretty much comes straight down. This kills the roll factor which is key for this location.
Brett, Dave and myself put up some pretty good Hurls as they were all around 160 to 170 foot. Dave hit a soft spot and got no bounce what so ever.
I hit in a pretty good spot and got an awesome roll. However on impact with the ground it kicked hard right, (almost 90 degrees)
Bretts Hurl did not seem too impressive at first. It hit at about 165 feet or so, and nailed what was probably the hardest spot on the field.
The Fox just kept rolling and rolling, stopping at a whopping 208 feet.
You should have heard the crowd, they just went crazy. Three feet short of the Official Record.
Congratulations Brett !!!
After receiving his award, a couple of people thought they heard Brett say something about going to Disneyland.
