Newest design in the Pathfinder series.
« on: May 30, 2007, 12:05:39 PM »
Hi to all you.

I posted this on the other forum, but since some don't frequent all the boards, I'm posting to this one as well.

Here's the latest in the Pathfinder series of designs. It's a twin as you can see.

It was designed to fill the need for a Profile 40 legal multi engine stunter. It also seems to naturally fit somwhere between the Pathfinder, as we know it, and Gordan's great twin stunter, Gemini. Sitting side by side, the genealogy is obvious.

Two are in the building stages at this time. The one shown, is Gordy's. Mine is a little behind his, but coming along. The projected weight for Gordy's is ~45 oz's. Mine is a little more portly. ( darn)

A pair of OS .15fps will power Gordan's, mine will sport a pair of .15La's.

For those familiar with twins know, a pair of .35's or 40's, can have a ton of line tension. We believe this one will be about equal to a single .40 sized stunter.

Bill,

I think a pair of FP20s would be .42 cu in.  Though an interesting idea.
