* UPDATE * Sorry but I have decided NOT to do the Berkeley Falcon"35"

Ok the plans would need to redrawn in CAD and I will know for sure about getting an "Original" kit to reference in a day or so.

So the big question is, would there be enough interested in getting a kit of the Falcon "35" if I was to make some?

this is just a survey so I dont have any facts, figures or estimates yet.

the pictures are of Doc Hollidays Berkeley Falcon "35".

What few references I've seen say early 60's which would put it in the Classic category. I like seeing some of the lesser known designs come out of hiding from time to time though.

Thankfully Elwyn posted this picture on Stuka

which actually gave me more info than I had.

Steve Lotz has a kit and is willing to help me so it looks like I will also have an original kit to reference.

As far as the plans say the copyright is 1960 so that makes it Classic legal not OTS  :'(

Walter it was great talking to you on the phone.  Did Elwyn supply the picture?  He could make a money taking pictures, but, has refused payment of money from me.  That is why he has my Sheeks Staggerwing.  By the way put me on the list for a kit.  Thanks,  DOC Holliday

With an OS 40-FP it flew great for me.  Jim Lee said it lacked a little on outsides.  And Jack Sheeks when he helped me at VSC, said it flew better than he remembered.  Was a fun plane to fly and it drew a lot of attention.  DOC Holliday
