My buddy Joe Bowman was feeling left out and decided to join the zipper club this morning. He purchased the jumbo package and got five bypasses. Miss Nan says he is waking up in recovery and has squeezed her hand. I know that lots of you guys know Joe and I felt like you needed to know .

Thank you for letting us know. Joe is one of my favorite people. Been there done that only had one bypass and a valve job. That was 7 years ago after a sudden death cardiac arrest.
Hope his recovery goes well.

He didn’t go in as an emergency.
When I posted I didn’t know that Norm had already posted.

Resting uncomfortably and doctors are happy.

Good to hear Joe is on the mend. Every time I see a post that just has somebody's name on the subject line I get a little fearful that we just lost another fellow modeler.
-
Wow, I had no idea. I knew he hadn't been himself. I'm glad to hear that he's doing well.
-
Glad Joe got it taken care of.

That's why I didn't put his name in the subject.I visited Joe at the hospital this afternoon.
He hurt my hand shaking it. He looks good, feels decent enough considering and the doctors are happy with progress.
Miss Nan is there keeping him out of trouble.
