Glow Fuel
« on: November 20, 2019, 06:41:28 PM »
Don't know if anyone has posted anything about the transfer (continuance) of Excalibur Fuels located in Tucson, AZ from Mark Smith to Lou Wolgast. When I saw Lou at the recent Las Vegas Circle Burner contest he mentioned that he had taken over Excalibur Fuels.

Lou has been a very active control line model designer, builder and top level Expert Class Competitor for many years. Everything he has done has been of the very top level so we can be certain that he will be able to provide special blends of glow fuel that consist of the highest quality ingredients. I know for a fact that Lou only uses the best quality nitro methane (none of the cheap Chinese stuff so common in other fuel blends) so we can be sure that when we order 10-15 or 20% nitro blends we will actually get a fuel that has maximum power for that percentage of nitro. When you combine that with fresh methane, Klotz 200 synthetic and Baker AA castor oil you get a fuel that burns consistently with none of those nasty burps or flare outs so common with the cheap stuff.

Anyone interested in obtaining great glow fuel can contact Lou at 520-850-9685

Ha, Steve .. Good One.
Yes it is still legal in California. Just about nothing else is. Plastic straws & grocery bags are now considered too dangerous for us little people to use and we certainly can not be trusted to drill for oil so unless you are an illegal alien or you live in San Francisco or Sacramento or other government approved progressive areas you had best keep your head down and mouth shut.

We have to smuggle it in, usually amongst cases of coffee beans.

I usually have illegal aliens smuggle my fuel in boxes of heroin, but sometimes they still find the fuel.

But, is Lou keeping this a secret? I can't find any ordering information for Excalibur fuels when searching on the internet. Everyone is out of all fuels it seems.

I talked to Lou in November & he told be he wasn't able  to ship fuel at that time  but local was fine. If he now ships it that would be great.

Just what is "nasty glo fuel crap"?  I've settled on SIG 10-10-10 for everything.  It's easier to keep track of everything with just one fuel.

Have I been using "NASTY CRAP" all this time without knowing about it?
