EMPTY SPACES:
« on: March 16, 2009, 09:39:59 AM »
Perhaps we need another forum column EMPTY SPACES...especially since hearing about so many of our fellow brothers and sisters in modeling have passed this winter. Recently we just lost our brothers MAXEY HESTER and now RUSTY BROWN.

As posted by Mike Keville...Rusty Brown brought so much to the modeling community and he had a special love for control line and for VSC. Perhaps someone will put up a tribute flight for Rusty...who passed so quickly from our world in which he made a better place in being here.

Take a few moments and share a few stories with us about someone who might just be on your minds this morning?

Unfortunately, this is the first I heard of Rusty's passing.  It's my fault for not getting the message.  I met Rusty and immediately took a liking to him.  He was fun to be around.

I am also sad for tha Adamisin family loss.  It is always sad to hear of loved ones passing.

I am reminded of how much Mike Garmon added to the scene when he was with us.  He was always fun to be around!

May we go for a very long time before any of us lose another loved one or friend.   Right now, one of my very best friends is in the hospital, recovering from a stroke.  He is a modeler, but he doesn't build flying models.  Nevertheless, he does a great job of building models.  I fully know that none of us are promised tomorrow, but I truly hope that tomorrow comes for everyone involved in any way with our fantastic group here.
