Title: Generator for the NW Regionals
Post by: Howard Rush on May 26, 2011, 01:54:53 PM
Does somebody have a 115V generator that puts out at least 1000 watts that we can use at the stunt circle?  It would greatly reduce the workload for Scott and his crew.

Thanks,

Howard

I thought cattle prods were battery powered.

We have special cattle prods that shoot ball lightning at slow-moving contestants' ... well, that's why they call it ball lightning.

You would be welcome to use my 4K but I've been running it a lot lately to allow my sump pump to run every 15 minutes!!  Why does our power always go out at night instead of when I don't want to sleep!? HB~> HB~> ''

I'm in trouble then -- all my engine runs seem to either end in the middle of a loop, or run on well past the end of the pattern.

Dan has a Honda generator.  Actually, he has a Honda and an inverter.  The inverter has sufficient capacity to power a MonoKote iron which ought to be fine for your *new* printer.  The whole setup is not much bigger than a dedicated gas generator.  An added advantage is you don't have to push it to and from the ED's tent.
