I had the honor of briefly seeing the Typhoon? that Gary Lutz brought to Brodaks. However he did not bring it out again and I wanted to know
more about it . An absolutely stunning airplane to say the least. Can someone give us more information regarding this plane ?
Engine, muffler? Pipe? Did Joe Adamusko design it the wing looks very similar to some of the Spitfire planes he has built.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I believe that Joe and Windy did the early Spitfire wings, and Joe has done several more....certainly they shared info with Gary.
Joe is a PAMPA member......I suggest reaching out to him....he'll know Gary's contact info......
Have fun!

i think it's a Tempest. Very similar at a glance but the Typhoon has a rudder somewhat like a Hurricane.

Looks Like THIS Wing.

A Typhoon has a straight tapered wing and no dorsal fairing. and the nose is 18 in. shorter . ;D

It is a joe's wing and a windy fuse. not sure what the tail is cant remember what Gary said. It has a Rojett 76 in it. I will try to get Gary to text me about the plane.
