I think I have solved the issue of admin new photo emails. Let me know if you receive an approval notice

 I received two on Sunday 11-26-17.
 One at 4:26 PM and one at 9:19 PM.

 Thanks for helping to remove this annoyance. Sure be glad when it is resolved.

Get them every day including this morning.  I have gotten to where I just do a delete.
