Sparky's "Skunkworks"???

 For years, attending our Piston Popper club events at Anoka County Airport in Blaine, MN,  I've always noticed this hangar as I drive through the airport on my way to our EAA hangar meeting spot. Today I caught myself wondering, could this be where Sparky practices his craft???
