After some searching and chasing dead ends, who actually SELLS a fuselage build jig?

Or does everyone make their own?

Not sure who sell any now.

Jeff Hanauer and I made 25 units back in the early 90's but they were very labor intensive and although they looked and worked very well they sold very slowly at $60 each, so we didn't make anymore.  I would imagine anyone who made any had similar problems.

They were like the one shown in the photo here.  I still have two that I use but they are not for sale.
I would be happy to give the dimensions etc. to anyone who wanted to make one!

They do require a good deal of work and some good woodworking equipment.

I'll try Tom and Jim and if no go, then get with you for plans, Randy.
I'm pretty handy/comfortable with wood (built a Sabot in HS senior year when other guys were making "lamps" [AKA "bongs"] in class), and have access to my Dad's table saw.
Just  wanted to avoid spending a whole day building what I am going to build with, if avoidable.

I found this-

Pro- would be infinitely adjustable, which is kind or nice.
Pro- I could just order the pieces in a set from the above link.
Pro- Specialty jig parts available separately.

Con-I would have to build the metal skinned table.
Con- I would have to source some galvanized metal sheet.
Con- I would have to seal the wood of the laser cut parts.
Con- Possible rusting.

Got you the plans and pics from the net. I used these to make my own. If you have a saw table good. If not, use a circular saw under a board or discarded old wooden desk like I did and make one. Easy peasy.  Let us know how it turned out if you make this jig. 

I got as far as cutting all the parts and gluing the jig parts. Haven't drilled the board yet. (life keeps getting in the way!)

Really? Have you built an I-beamer yet? Seems like a jig would be handy for all building of normal planes, but especially handy for that....
