Title: Full-Scale Aviation Tail Art
Post by: Howard Rush on April 01, 2013, 01:10:01 PM
Here is a controversial Canadian airplane tail art program.  We could do something similar: for example, the likeness of George Aldrich on a Nobler tail.

I would take careful note of the date on which this post arrived and the identity of the poster. Besides, as a former Canadian I have to watch out for my homeland's reputation.

Go to the bottom, then click on link to suggest recipients....

I'm not sure which I like better, the Tommy Chong C130 or the Bob and Doug Mackenzie Sea King helicopter.

That's really cool! I wonder what technique they use to do those awesome art jobs? Vinyl transfers? Airbrush? Not decal paper, for sure! ;D
Do you know, Howard?

Fantastic!!  I'm glad someone has a great sense of humour and a lot of time on their hands.  Loved the tanker full of Dilithium crystals. Maybe I'll write my MP and suggest they implement the program for real.

What gave it away was the registration numbers on the aircraft:  "LN" (whoever THAT is).  I believe Canadian aircraft are registered as "CF...".
