Anybody else on here order a Strega kit for $15.80 from China? 

I did and never got it. I did get my $$ back. But what a disappointment. 

I knew it was to good to be true........... Oh well...

I ordered one from the Bay.  After a month I was given a tracking number showing it was shipped and delivered to Alabama.  I live in Louisiana.  I got my money back and just bought a $15.00 tach.  I will see what happens with that one.

Yep, I ordered one. Off the bat I knew it was either an idiot who was gonna give away a good deal, or it was a scam. Either way, the PayPal and eBay systems are very robust with regard to scams and I had my refund literally within 10 minutes of filing a problem report.
