 :!   Guys somewhere I read that when you mix your own you should let it set for aa period of time before using it..  What are yall's thoughts.  and thanks.. n~ #^

I did see that in print years ago but I'm pretty sure that was an old wives tale. I've been mixing my own for over 50 years and could never tell any difference if they were the same mixture

I mix my own.   There is no need or reason to let it age.   

I also mix hi and low nitro fuels in the airplane fuel tank to adjust nitro content as the outside air temperatures increase
