The first link had some about cyclone relief, but the 2nd link had nothing, even after I did a search on the site for 'cyclone'.
What I found on the first was: "Minister for Emergency Management Kieran McAnulty has announced an initial contribution of $2 million to disaster relief funds to support affected communities on the East Coast of the North Island." I'd guess that is about $1.6M in $US, and that wouldn't do much but maybe clear the debris off a few roads and maybe out of a stream or two. I think it's going to take a lot of hard work by volunteers to set things right. Correct me if I'm wrong. D>K Steve
