Title: From down South Louisiana
Post by: James Holford on August 27, 2020, 10:10:24 AM: Just letting yall know that the family and I are ok. Lots of wind. Lots of rain. 6ft sugar cane stalks across the road from me are completely laid down. It was a wild ride for sure but Ive been through worse.

Got the day off of work so Im building and workin on a bunch of 1/2a planes for our upcoming club 1/2a day.

Glad to hear you and the family are OK! Was texting with Mike Griffin about the 2 storms and asking him what he did to divert them from NOLA (where they was supposed to hit). Some vague mention of dancing naked around the CL circles at Ringmaster Park at Midnight but I can not confirm that was what happened. Since the storms went right and left I guess it was effective.
