There is a company that you can send your piston and liner to. They will squeeze the cylinder and make it give a good fit .

Who are they?

I forgot; maybe someone else knows.

I'd be very surprised if you can find new parts for that engine. You might find some used parts you could fit together if you find a big piston and/or small sleeve but you would need some equipment for that. The place that does the pinching only does up to .28 abc sleeves afaik but you can check, they are RayAracing.

I think I would just scrub the idea and find another engine for far less on eBay than what trying to re-work an engine that is not well suited to cl stunt to begin with.  Just my opinion....

The FP .35 was available in iron piston and ABN version. If the engine is a iron sleeve, can it be pinched like the brass version?

Both the engines in the links provided by John Rist have steel liners.

To those who asked, an FP 40, Tower 40, Magnum GP 40 or LA 40 piston and liner will fit in the crankcase but all three require the head from a Tower, Magnum or FP 40 along with the head gasket.

For info, I have been running a Thunder Tiger/Magnum GP 25 with an LA 25 piston and liner for close to a decade. It is on a Ringmaster so it often only gets one outing each year and it runs just fine.

You forgot the Gardner FP 40 P/L ( needs a head ) not to mention the FSR 40 , which has the same hight ports . Ringed or abc .

FP 35 & 40 case & shaft interchangeable .
