Thought folks like might to see the PBY Catalina flying at Discover Aviation Days here in Minnesota. This is one of Wayne Willey's pieces of control line art. Hearing the twin Saito four strokes was mighty fine. It flew tight on the lines.

 Sorry Doc, no plans for the PBY. I just figured out the moments and dimensions I wanted then drew up the outlines first, fitting them into my parameters. I had some ribs laser cut to my specs, and then scratch built the rest of it as a one-off project. There are detailed threads with photos in the Building Section here on the forum from back when I built it. It was largely just another "figger it out as you go" project, as are most of mine. Maybe dumb luck, but the plane does track and perform extremely well.
