Where?

I'm guessing it's at Fox Mfg., and not at the local Halloween Candy Store. Besides, most stuff at the HCS would be made in China, India, Pakistan or Vietnam.

Speaking of Fox Mfg., I thought Robert was going to give us a report on the rumored demise, but I haven't seen it yet. I'm sure it just slipped his mind, what with working on Harleys and building his new e-Stunter.  H^^ Steve

As far as the Fox .35 goes and few others, Fox doesn't have them. They also stated in a e-mail to me that it more than likely wouldn't be happening for a while. No reasoning why, just that at the present time the 3 engines I was interested in are not currently available. Some of these are on the website listed as currently on sale. Ken

It could be that they were out of crankcases. From what I understand they only cast in the winter as it is too hot to do it otherwise.

Then you should demand a rain check.
That's not unreasonable. I'm sure they will accommodate you.
Never had a problem with them.

I don't think a rain check will be an issue. That "sale/offer" has been on the site for a few years now. It does not mention Christmas. Last Fox engine I bought from the factory I had to wait a few months for. Was told that in advance, got a phone call when it was ready. No issues, happy with the engine. 8)

Fox customer service is usually great, order it at the stated price and they will get it to you when they have a chance. They aren't sitting there running a Fox 35 production line every day since 1949, they run off a batch of engines, store them, make something else for a whole,  and when the inventory gets low, they make another batch.

Just out of curiosity I looked at Tower.  They still show stock for the standard .35 if you don't want to wait.  They say mid November (think that's now) for the ceramic.  Many of them on the bay.

While were on the Fox thing, any word on Enya and there .60's. I didn't want to start another thread just for one model.
