Someone gave me a bag of old airplane photos. I found this control line pic. Anyone know who this is. Unknown pilot and plane. Only info is the date of the photo.  Sept 61.

Ahhhhh......... a red Nobler and a nice "1961 Hat"!

I would bet on Bob being correct.
