Title: Formula 560 Canopy Glue

I have a bottle of this that's been kicking around my shop for years and years.  Does this stuff deteriorate with age?  It still seems reasonably fluid.  Also. I've heard that it's good for installing hinges. Is that correct?

It is what I use to install my nylon hinges.

           It usually solidifies into a rubbery ball when I have it.
