About 40 days ago I started this and I have been posting video's in building and finishing section. Here are two pics of my progress as of today. Still needs a few more touches of paint,Gold leaf and ink. Then clear. I was going to try to take it to Allens contest but I will not make it. I am about a week out yet.

Beautiful as always, Sparky. Gotta ask; have you considered your personal impact on the world's balsa wood supply? Do you have any idea at all how many stunt ships you've built over your lifetime? Just amazing.

Sitting here trying to get a honest estmate I would have to guess at least 6 in the last 12 months. But to be honest over 200 maybe close to 300. Not sure I have lost count long ago. When I was younger I could do it faster.
Fastest build on this site I have done is my 11 day Ares from scratch to the air and wont the spirit of 62 award with it. It's still here somewhere. Thread can be seen here http://stunthanger.com/smf/index.php/topic,1967.0.html So I can build them. Just need some flying weather. LOL
Here is a pic of the fastest build I have done in the last 20 years. Built in 5 days.

I crashed 1 week before SIG and needed a plane, it was a foam wing covered in monokote and a VF.46 on a pipe 1994 plane
2 More shots of what I am doing. Reminds me of a fire engine.
