Played all kinds of sports, used to run regularly and always thought it'd be my knees that would give out first, but here I sit at 64 years young having had a C-5 neck fusion and arthritis in my right shoulder and hand, knees fortunately so far so good.

Getting old is not for wimps!  Probably will do back surgery soon just so I can take more than 20 steps without major pain!  But we're still around, consider the alternative ...

Lets see..............
how about:
L4,L5,S1 replacement in '95
Then right hip replacement in 2010
Left hip replacement in 2015
Left shoulder replacement in 2022
Looking at Left knee replacement in the next couple months.
also right shoulder, right lower thumb joint and right knee now acting up.

Who said getting older is fun???????   LOL

But I still fly   ;D ;D
