Has anyone ordered carbon fiber pushrods from Control Line Central's website?  They give a price of 15 cents a foot but I cannot figure out how to order a standard length or what is a standard length from them?  I would like to order some from them.  Can anyone help?

Thanks

Mike

Web site doesnot specify units, but I believe it is $.15 per "inch", not foot.

Roger is right--3/16 OD is .15/in.  What do you mean by standard length? They buy it by total length and sell it to you at your custom length, just tell Jim what you want.

Mike,
Be cautious about ordering long lengths. If not packaged well, the package gorilla's will break carbon fiber tubes. Shorter lengths are much easier to package and protect.  H^^  I can guarantee that the lengths that result from shipping damage will not be the lengths you need to work with!  HB~>

I am pretty sure that the CF tubes come in 36" lengths.  That is what Tom has when he's at contrests.

I would definitely suggest getting them in shorter lengths more near what you  to actually need to use.

You might check to see if you have a local kite shop that carries carbon tubes. Many do, and it's pretty cheap.  D>K Steve

Hi Mike,

Not sure where Byron is, but are you going to Marietta for the contest?  How about the meet in Huntersville, NC in June?

Later!
