Flying at Buder Park
« on: April 18, 2007, 06:25:12 PM »
Are any of you guys in the St. Louis area interested in flying Saturday at Buder.  We're going to be in the area for the weekend with family stuff, but my brother in law and I are planning to get out and burn some fuel (susposed to be great weather wise)?

Look forward to seeing you again, James.  What time you think you'll be out there?  I live about 30 minutes away.  I can let a couple of other guys know that might have missed your post.

Bill,

Best guess is around 9 or 10.  Give me a call if you want (636)-583-3234 or my cell (417)-581-3929.

Looking forward to it.

Actually, Robert, we do have a sort of "e-club".  I call it the "Neosho Gang" although I think only one actually lives in Neosho, Missouri.  We formed an email circle this past year of 4-5 people who live within about a 350 mile circle.  The mailing list has grown to 20-25 now.  We share thoughts, ideas and experiences.  Some I have met at contests like James Mills, Keith Spriggs, Terry Bolin and Jack Dock.  Others I only know by email.

We live in a fascinating age of change.  The internet has made a difference in how we stay in touch.
