Finally I think I am recovering from the two day drive to Stuart, Florida.  Got in late Monday and spent Tuesday getting caught up with the family.  The new grand daughter is something else.  Today,Wednesday is off to pro photographer for pictures.  Will be starting home Saturday morning.  Did not have room for any planes.  Do have addresses for hobby shops.

Tuesday it was Cold and Windy. We didn't fly. This morning it was 56 so we flew. It reminded me of the flying up north where you had better wipe off the plane or the oil will get so sticky you can't get it.

I THINK DOC COMING INTO TOWN MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE CHILL!!!!! **)

Hey it was fun getting to meet the guys at the field this morning.  Had to call Toby Arcierno on cell phone and he talked me into the site while flying.   Chuck Feldman introduced himself and I recognized Roy Trantham.  They  have a beautiful site with limited usage.  Will be back out there in the am(Friday).  Saturday will heading back to the land of OZ(Kansas).  Later,  DOC Holliday

PS:Friday morning met Tony Nippor, if I remember it right.  Helped him get a couple of flights in before Toby and gang arrived.  Showers moved in and ended flying session after Chuck, Toby, Tony and Roy got flights in.  Also the boss(wife) called to say it was time for the beach and breakfast.   Great bunch of guys.   DOC Holliday

Doc,

Have safe trip home. It was a pleasure to have you on our field. Next time bring a plane or give me a little warning so I can have something for you to fly.

I think it would be proper to tell everyone that we fly Monday thru Saturday starting at 7:30 till about 9:30 am. Anyone is welcome. We fly in Halpatiokee Park at the Stuart exit off I-95 and Kanner hwy. Perhaps many fellow stunt fliers come down here during the colder months and would like to join us as we enjoy flying time.

Doc,

Our weather this morning is not good. But the good news is that you will drive out of it during the morning hours. I looked ahead to see what your weather for the rest of the trip is and it looks like you will have clear roads all the way.

Are you and Roy the rest of the gang going to be at the Lake Wales Fly-in the Saturday after Thanksgiving?  Pat Frangella and I will be there for sure, maybe a couple of more of the X47 Flyers.  Hope to see y'all there.

Toby and I will be there. We will be looking for you. It will be good to see Pat again as we have some things to talk about. He was stationed at the same MCAS as I. So it looks like we can fly and have some fun and BS to. **)

I saw you all say you would be in Lake Wales for the fun fly.  Bob Robertshaw and I will also be there and I hope many others in the area will attend also.  See you in a couple weeks or so.

Yeah, I'm coming up with Ed Ruane who will be down from NC that week, Also I think Owen R and Paul S will car pool over. Not sure about others.
