I would like some opinions of what kit would be a good 1st full fuselaged build.I have decent woodworking skills and am in no hurry to finish this project(have 2 profiles ahead of it,plus 3 combat planes(my fathers).Would like to stay in the .35 size as I sportfly only.

Steve,
I've read in several previous posts that Dee Rice's Oriental was one of the easiest building full fuselage ships. Because of this I bought a BRODAK Oriental kit and must agree that it is an easy build. As a bonus the Oriental also has a reputation as an excellent flying airplane. Here are a few pictures of some attractive Oriental planes.

The Oriental is a nice build. You can also look at something like the Fancy Pants. (Brodak Kit) ..another really good "first full fuse" airplane...and a great little flier

The Brodak Vampire would be a good one also. Laser cut kit, no flaps to mess with. It is a 25 size plane.

We have built the Fancy Pants and Oriental from either the kits or plans from Brodak. Both are very good first full fuselage planes to build. The Oriental can make use of a *little* more power than the Fancy Pants which is ideal for a Fox 35.

Thanks guys,
The Oriental had come to mind, just wasn't sure how easy of a build it might be.

No matter what you choose the Brodak instructions will take you step by step with pics.

I really like warbirds, but I'd rather wait until I have one or two under my belt.
