 A GREAT dinner at Charlie's last night and fun time with all.  We got a few practice flights at the field yesterday and there were quite a few here already.  It sort of put the tingle up the spine to hold Bob 68 Nats (and more?) Nobler.  I watched him fly it at the Olathe, Kansas Nats that year and could see a trim adjustment on the flaps I saw him make back then when I was 14 years old.  Like time stood still.  Anyway the weather looks great here for the contest.  Going to be fun.

Big bunch of us headed to Raferty's for a steak.  More tomorrow.  Keep Tom Morris on your mind.  Been back in the hospital with heart issues this week but I got an email from him today and he's home doing OK.

Our Club, the Manatee County Radio Controllers, has a couple of members that have seven digit AMA numbers and three or four 9xx,xxx.

What a fantastic weekend and awesome feast at Charlie's place.  His shop ("museum") is worth the trip alone!  This contest should be on all control line pilots' bucket list!  Thanks Charlie and Jim!  Here's a few more photos.

...and a few more.  No Joe is not photo bombing, he pretty much won every event with a Ringmaster, except he ONLY came in second place in Expert PAMPA!!!
