Some one in an answer above mentioned that the stock Twister may be "not so hot." Nothing can be further from the truth!. I have mentioned be fore when this subject comes up that there is a local guy here that used a Twister to go from Beginner to Expert, and it was the SAME SINGLE AIRPLANE!!! Must have worn out three OS FP.40s along the way, but it was the same airplane built box stock. And he won his share of contests in the Expert class with it also. Perfect example of what sticking with a design that you like and practice, practice, practice being the fastest way to Carnegie Hall!

And that building a straight, well trimmed model of ANY kind is one of the keys to success. I would recommend also that a tip weight box and adjustable leadouts be added. I would build one stock, then build the Fancher version and you can see first hand what the differences are. I also answered this post to bump it up near one that some one else just posted with a similar question.
