I think it's an excellent plane to take you from middle of the pack Intermediate to middle of the pack Advanced.  Once you're to the point where you don't crash at every contest, it's a good choice.

I flew mine up into Expert, because I just wasn't getting much chance to build.  I wouldn't recommend that -- the first contest I flew with a "real" stunter in Expert my score jumped by ten or twenty points, and I certainly flew better.  But it does show it's a competent airplane.
