Enya 3 is my plug of choice year round.  It can be the difference between night and day.  I get them from Ron's Helipros - www.ronlund.com.  I run 15% sig champion year round on my 65.   It's a little more than you need in the winter but no need to mess with it sense there is no real comp flying in the dead of winter and chasing runs in the winter can drive you mad. I run little larger venturi. Can't remember the size but it is one or two steps larger than stock.  If you can tune for the 15% run it's really nice.

Concerning the burp.  What brand of fuel are you running?  Oil % makes a difference too.  IIRC the Jett wants 18% all syn.  Your PA is going to run better on a 1/2 castor 1/2 syn mix.  At least that is what I have found with mine and I am pretty certain Randy recommends that as well.

I wouldn't think a burp would be caused by a shim unless it is WAY off and you would know it from upright and inverted flight.  Is it trying to shut down?  All syn oil might be helping to keep it cold like Eric said.  Don't change anything else and give it some 1/2-1/2 oil fuel and see what you get.

OK I have decided to surrender. I'm calling it done. ;D It is ready to fly with clear, entire power system and tip weight at 57 oz. Very happy with this since my target weight was 59 oz. I going to wait a few weeks to buff and polish.

Thanks everyone I will let you know how it flies!
