FAI Junior events

It has been posted that the F4a and F4b Championships in Poland will include full 3-member Junior Teams.

In my FAI lifetime they've gone from no junior program to one member per event per nation to full 3-member scale teams.   Great news!!   

Hopefully, this might be a tend that spreads to all events.  If they have it, will they come?

Who's our current FAI ambassador? 
Perhaps, based on average age of flyers, we could adjust junior to 65.
