Hi Peabody,
Tell Len i said hi. And sorry about the email situation. Turns out he was emailing my iPod, and the kids never let me use that.
Any way, Bill Ervin just put up a few VERY nice patterns on an RM1000 with a k&b 61.
Len got the 1014. Same plane, just a much gooder air foil. For those who know, its Pat Johnston's +P air foil at 1014 squares.

My Ringmaster 1000 uses a K&B 61 for power. Thing is a dream to fly.
My avatar is the 1000 next to a standard Ringmaster.

If you have one, then use a K&B 61 or HB/HP/Webra/Kraft 61.
All these will work a treat on the plane.

My Pat King Ring 853 also uses the K&B 61 and is a phenomenal flyer with it.The engine is highly recommended for larger Rings.

where do Big Rings come from?

Pat Johnston has the ones mentioned in the first post.
Pat King ( down in the vendors corner) has several other amazing offerings and variants of the ringmaster

Just cuz ringmasters are my favorite subject, and my two favorite kit makers are being discussed;
From Pat Johnston
Rm800+p os52fs
Rm645+p os40fs
RmS1+p.  Os26fs

From Pat King
RM tri45 magnum52fs
Rm X-wing, unfinished power will be magnum70fs
Just ordered a micro rm bipe, will be electric.
