From the comments -- and the general looks of the video -- it's a screen shot of a game system, not reality.

It's amazing how these videos get around. I think I got a link to this one in an email forwarded to me, that claimed it was a female pilot at the controls and such, but I knew it was fake the instant the nose pointed down. Obviously the video was made by someone with absolutely no concept of aerodynamics or even basic science! n1 n1 y1 y1. The other one that I liked was the aerobatic plane that lost a wing and managed to land wheels down at the last second. If the laws of physics were to allow that to happen, airplanes in general would look vastly different!
   Type at you later,

Kewl stuff...
Billions upon billions of dollars to be better that the F-22, which we'll soon start selling to our "allies" and then have to defend against.

Video game, but still very cool. I've always felt that the forward canted intakes on the F-35 don't look as hot as the F-22, (fighters HAVE to look hot).

And a rather poor one, at that.. ;->

This entire clip was proven to be a complete fake .... much earlier this year.

Entertaining, nonetheless.

This one has too many witnesses to argue.  Also a pilot worth his merit with these over powered machines should be able to do it.   The one someone referred to was supposedly done by an actual plane and pilot.  But, after landing, you see the pilot get out, but can't see the side the missing wing was on.  The first video on this thread is soooooo bogus. Z@@ZZZ

Billions to be better than the F-22? Fact check time: F-35 is a lower cost, single engine, multi-service strike fighter. Probably replace the A-10,
F/A 18, and Harrier (Marine version is VTOL). F-22 will remain supreme in the air superiority role and don't lose sleep worrying about it being sold to our "allies", ain't gonna happen until we have something better. The F-35 on the other hand will be sold internationally. 8)
