    I go to the Hobby Lobby chain crafts store and buy them by the package. I have the tool for forming the, and do that on a strip of cereal box chip board like SIG used to do when they packaged them. It makes them easier to handle and find until you need them for a set of lines, then just tear them out one by one. It leaves them with a nice spacing of the flanges to wrap the cable around. Craft stores and leather shops should have the tool if you don't have one.
  Type at you later,

   PS to add; Here is a business opportunity for some one!!!! Just saw this on FB Market Place;

I myself use tubing sized to fit the wire/cable and cut to 1 1/2 inches afannealing.  Then wrap the tubing with line/cable inserted to wrap or swage the lines.  Makes it easier for this old man to finish lines and leadouts. D>K
