RTF-Blackhawk Models 1/2A PT-19

Just finished up this 1/2A "Cox Trainer" PT-19 by Blackhawk Models. The kit, complete with engine and prop, was graciously donated by Larry Rice for our Minneapolis Piston Popper kids club trainer project. The PT was a fun and relaxing build, and a nice break from working on the typical "big" models. For the whole "scoop" along with all the start-to-finish build photos, check here...

Looks way too nice to be a trainer. But hopefully you get a lot of newbies started.

Nicely done Wayne.
Sometimes a small simple build is a nice break from the high tech competition builds.
What, no "The Army"?

Kept this one "historically accurate" for the kids Jim, they can also learn what a PT-19 really is/was.
