Title: Eric Rule is a classy guy.
Post by: Randy Powell on April 07, 2015, 04:02:43 PM
So, something like 4+ years ago I bought a kit from RSM. It sat under the bench since then. One day, in a fit of reasonableness, I decided to build it. I never really inspected the kit before but knew RSM did nice work. Turns out the canopy in the kit was a bad press and had a crease in it. No big deal. I ordered another one. I mean, the kit is like 4 (almost 5) years old and stuff happens.

Eric is sending me a canopy free of charge. That is going above and beyond. How may manufacturers would replace something purchased 4 or 5 years ago?

Eric is a class act.

Yeah, I met Eric on the phone last week when he called to answer a question I had asked regarding a tongue muffler, something new to me. We had a great chat talking about different things. He got my parts in the mail pronto and it even looks like he cut me a break on shipping. Thanks Eric, if you're out there watching.

You don't have to tell Eric he is cool. It is known, according to Steve and Randy, that Eric is psychic and can tell what every one is thinking.

Eric did the same thing for me a couple of years ago on a bad canopy situation.  I ordered the canopy and told him that I wasn't at all sure it wasn't my faust because the kit had been exposed to heat in the summer here in Tucson and went through a household move.  He didn't listen to me and just sent the canopy free of charge and even paid the shipping.

Eric is indeed a good and Classy Guy!

Eric is a classy guy – he has supported our contests, in a financial manner, to an order of magnitude several times larger than already mentioned.

He never fails to make me smile about something.

No question about it.  Way back in 2008 he sent me a laser-cut kit of the Pat King 1/2A A-26....AS A GIFT/NO COST!

I had a problem with a glow Plug a few years back, Eric I sent me 4 more to try wouldn't take any money and didn't want the bad one back, and all I had was a question ! Needless to say he gets a lot of my business and is a great guy to talk to, I am glad he is feeling better and back to work. T.J.
