Hi All,

I just want to applaud Eric on his awesome customer service!  I have known Eric for about 10 years, ever since I wrote the Products Column for Stunt News.  We have only met through the Internet, but I consider him a friend.

Eric PM'd me a message about a part he found on his table after he had sent me the 1/2A Still Stuka kit.  He asked me to look through the kit and see if he had left it out, and sure enough it was missing.  This would have cost less than .50 to replace, and probably nothing when I look through my wood boxes.  But, he felt the obligation to contact me about it! 

I know Eric is going on vacation but I expect to get this part after he returns!  You cannot ask for better service!  A great man to have in the hobby/sport.

I also have had very surprising experience with Erik

First rate gentleman and the 1/2a Stuka it is one of the examples. I had questions and we did the e-mail thing for a day or two

Too backed up this year with 4 planes in various stages right now but I am looking forward to a few other kits he provides

Hope their vacation is fun and relaxing

Know Eric personally, great guy and fun to hang around with! IMHO, he still makes the BEST lines in the business.

Eric is everything said and more.  I have known Eric for at least 20 years.  I consider Eric and Ann good friends, and wish them a great time on their vacation.

Eric has been one of my greatest heroes since I met him at my first VSC.  Everybody had left and he needed a stooge.  I happened to be the only one around and gave him a launch.  At the end of the flight he sat down in the middle of the circle.  Guess he wasn't hurt and I didn't have a video of it.
