As I poured the "fake" syrup, (sugar free) on my pancakes this AM I thought of Eric Jenson and the wonderful "real" maple syrup he makes in the Berkshires of Mass.  I lost his email two computer crashes ago, haven't been in contact for way too long and wonder if he's flying at all and if any of you New Englanders can tell me anything at all about my old buddy? #^
