Started the Epiphany Wing today. This is going to be an interesting wing to build. Notice the taper of the chord from the root to the tip rib. The leading edge has quit a bit of curve to it as well. This is going to be a fun build.

George, I built that wing jig from materials that I bought from Home Depot. The base is a 6ft long piece of melamine covered particle board (shelving board). I glued 2 pieces of 6ft long 1 x2 under it for it to sit on and keep it from bowing. I used construction adhesive for that. The two end pieces are 1 x 4 yellow pine boards glued to the base. Then I drilled two holes in piece of the 1 x 4 s and glued in pieces of 1/4" threaded rod. Then to hold the rods in place on top of the edges of the 1 x 4s, I cut a piece of 1 x 2 pine and drilled two holes to match the locations of the threaded rods and hold them on place on top of the arrow shafts with washers and a wing nut. Hope that made sense. I took pieces of the 1 x 4 and use them to support the arrow shafts to keep them from bowing while building the wing.
