How many 3/32 stringers in a Vector Kit?

Calling Vector Tech Support !!!
The plans say to glue 3/32 stringers on the top and bottom of one side of the fuse. OK so I look in the kit and find 3 stringers. One long one that fits the top edge of the fuse and two that will fit on both bottoms of both sides. Oh so I am missing one? Well I just happen to have a backup Vector kit and I go in the kit to rob Peter to pay Paul. Same number and sizes of stringers. And as I said before I only see one step that talks about putting stringers on one side, but I have not seen anything about the other side getting stringers.
Sorry for all the newbie questions but this is my first build of a full fuse.

nope - you aint missing one - the top one only goes from the doubler to the LE of the stab - then you need to cut it and install the last little bit from the stab to the back of the fuse.

the bottom one is the same - is butts up against the rear of the doubler - but goes right through.......another "Wynn" tip here tho - mark where the tailwheel mount goes, and leave the stringer out there also - as fitting the tail wheel plate in with the stringers in place is a PITA
