Igor flew very well it looks like for the entire contest, and his hard work really showed.

My set up then was very primitive compared to what Igor uses now.

already home but still not completaly unpacked

yes I flew the same model like last year, Max Bee, which is almost the same like MAX II which I flew in 2008 in France reworked for electric (first time used in 2002 in Sebnitz powered by piped OS max .46 ), just it differs in fuselage optimised for electric. However I needed to come back to AXI motor because of permanen problems with ball bearing on Scorpion motors.

Powertrain is AXI 2826/13, Jeti SPIN 66, 6s 2600 battery and active timer.

Congratulations Igor, you fly little bit soft this time and many times against the wind ! But well done really, for me was interesting to see how the model will fly with such prop especially in bad conditions like hard wind and rain. Dave Fitz. from USA team flew his model in speed of wind about 8.2 was really exting to watched from side, adter that you did the same in same conditions with 7.9 wind!
And at least because somewehre in comments i read about world cup Asend Jordanov here i post one photo : ) with you....

Hah.........so that is your secret........special coach, Tania! Maybe next time we can also hire her?? We also just got home and we are tired from being on airliners in "cattle-class". I will unpack later.

Once again, I am very proud to know you Igor (and Tania), so a big congrats and such a well deserved win. I must also tell everyone that this was hard work for Igor. Many years have gone into this design and power system. The other thing is that every morning Igor was up before the sun came up and left for the site to practice. We were in the same hotel so we know about this. This was hard to do in the very hot weather conditions with lots of wind and turbulence as well. As I said in another post, I was privileged to fly the Max Bee later, and it is certainly the best stunter I have ever flown, but Igor's win is the combination of a top-class stunter and also in the right hands........or is that "hand"?

This performance was visibly better than the rest of us and Igor has just upped the bar, so there is now a new challenge for all. Good on you my friend!

And i also thank to all of you for trusting me...become little bit santimental : ) i hope the admins in forum, don't mind that so much : ) For me simply i can say that it's a great privilege to know stunt hanger people ( here i will add people from USA team, Australian team and other ) not only like control line knowedge, but as a competitors, teachers, friends - simply humans : )
