Spinks Acromaster Paint Scheme Info
« on: November 08, 2021, 06:42:19 PM »
I want to do a Spinks Acromaster paint scheme on a new plane.  The attached photo shows the one I am interested in.  Searching the internet, I can find a number of pictures showing the profile and top views.  I have found nothing definitive concerning the bottom of the plane.  I have found hints indicating a solid color, probably red, on both the wing and stab bottoms.  I found a picture of a detail drawing with what looks like comments on the bottom paint scheme, but the resolution is so low it prevents reading the notes.  Does anyone have information about the bottom view of this plane?

Thanks.

Joe

I tried using this link and my virus protection kicks me out of it. I tried copying and pasting the address and got the same thig.

If you have access to American Air craft Modeler magazines, Lew McFarland had some color pictures in the article for his model.

Thanks George,

The link worked for me.  Those pictures confirmed the hints I had turned up in my searches.
