I found this one on EBay recently...

Description: my uncle recently died and we found this in his attic.  Not sure what it is, but may be a component of a remote-control airplane.  Sorry about the shipping price, but that's what the Post Office charges for packages over 30 pounds....

 Where is it located? That might lend a clue as to who the builder was.

That's a Thundergazer fuselage from the RSM kit...too bad the fuse weighs up around 30 pounds...
