Title: Early 1960's AMA Decal

I would like to get my hands on a decent copy of the AMA decal from the early 1960's. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Send me your address and I'll mail you an original that has been sitting on my workbench.  With my workbench, it'll get lost before I get around to using it..
