Folks it looks like if all goes well Custom Cut Kits should be up and running again at the first of the year. That is right around the corner when you think about it. I will begin the year with the introduction of the Air Bender which is in the process of having final touches put on the CAD design, This will be a laser cut contest balsa full kit and prices are yet to be determined. I will build a prototype so you can see the whole plane before I take orders.
In the meantime I have a little free time on my hands and was able to locate some really nice and light formed leading edges for the Ringmaster wing. Some of this is 5-6 lb balsa. I am going to cut 5 (five) S1 E Z build kits. I am taking orders now so if you want one please contact me and I will put you on the list. I only have enough contest balsa to make 5 kits.
Here is what I do to make it an E Z Build Kit.
The fuselage is cut, motor mounts are epoxied in, the plywood doublers are applied and the tail skid is included but not installed in case you want to put a tail wheel on it.
I hinge the stab and elevator together for you and the rudder is cut and ready to install.
The wing components include the leading and trailing edges, the ribs, pre cut wing tips, center spar and center sheeting.
The landing gear is also included. No hardware is included. All you really have to do is build the wing, install it and the stab and rudder and cover the plane.
