I think a "lockout collet" didn't latch on one leg.  Close but no cigar.

Yup.  Given what the last one looked like it's definitely progress, even if they did end up with a rocket in flames at the end.

The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.
