When you get lousy service what do we all do ? COMPLAIN ! And so we should .
But , when you get service ' Beyond the call of duty ' so to speak I believe we should tell everybody.
It goes like this ...I ordered a 'Dubro Spinner Nut ' from a Mail Order source in the U.S. When it arrived I took it out of the bubble pack and ...Oh dear .... This isn't the thread I ordered !
The pack stated 1/4 - 28 but the thread was much , much bigger. I tried it on my old Enya 45 with a 7mm thread ... Still to big!
The packaging hadn't been tampered with so it wasn't the retailer's fault.The spinner nut had been put in an
incorrect pack.
I sent off an e-mail to Dubro explaining. Within no time at all a reply from a very polite lady called Connie.
No problem , just give us your address and we'll send you a replacement ! No quibbles , no arguements just great old fashioned customer service !
Much obliged to you Dubro ....Great outfit !!
Like I've said , if you get service like this , tell everybody.
