Title: Dreadnought - then B-25
Post by: Wynn Robins on January 28, 2008, 01:23:34 AM
Some folks have been wondering where the B25 I am building is at - well, it is on the back bench at the moment as I have been trying to get this finished - waiting on a buddy to shoot clear on it - then it is finally done.

Looks like it might be heavier then I first thought - this is my first fully painted ship and the first time I have tried panel lines etc.....

Power will be Stalker 66 RE - should be done this week

NEXT - the B-25 - I have the main wing almost complete - will post pics soon

Wynn, That is one of the most attractive and unique color schemes I have seen in some time.

Wynn, smartly done. You cant tell this is your first painted ship. Graphics and ink lines looks great.

Hello Wynn,

Although we've never met (I Think) I'd like to compliment you on a job beautifully done. I haven't seen a Randy airplane that didn't fly great. The lines are awesome and when done, well worth the effort. Good Luck with it.

Regards,

Champione

That plane looks gorgeous and I like the color scheme.  Now you have to wait on someone else to shoot the clear?  What happened to FOM(finish own model)?  Just kidding as I don't want to ruffle feathers anymore.  I know quite a few people that go to one individual to have the final coat put on.  I need to get in gear on mine.  DOC Holliday

Wynn,

Looks very good. Wish I could use a paint scheme like that. But around here it would disappear in the gray sky and blue backdrop.  :)

Wynn,

Outstanding effort.  Hopefully one day I'll be able to see it up close and personal.
