My new plane is done! This is built from the Nemesis kit supplied by
Fred Cesquim and Osni Renato in Brazil. The kit was a joy to build and
every part is laser cut, including the sheeting. It's a full take apart
plane also.
Mine is powered by a Discovery Retro 68 and weighs in at 66 oz.
The paint scheme comes from the Relentless version of the Nemesis
racing plane. Now, if we can just get our lives back to normal and
get some flights in!

Way to go, Steve, and you did my favorite cowl the engine thing, I love cheek cowls!
-
Very nice, Steve.

WOW!

Beautiful Steve!
Love the asymmetric paint job. Eye catching and compared to so many (don't ask how I know) pretty darn simple to do. Saves money, time, weight and looks great. A three-fer!
Ted
p.s. Looks like an "all in line" ship. Yes?
-
You done good Steve!

Thanks for all the compliments. I'm itching to get it in the air.
Hope it flies ok; 'will it fly level?', 'will it turn worth a darn?', 'what
did I forget that will ultimately end up in a big screw-up?'. You
guys know how it goes before that first flight; I'm sure my flying
hand will be shaking like Gene Wilder's in Blazing Saddles.
Thanks , Steve

Beautiful pylon racer/stunter! ;)

Looks great Steve! Can’t wait to see it in person

Fess up Steve. Did you build two of them and get the parts mixed up?
Love the plane, love the finish and I can't wait to see it in the air!

Hard to believe someone would actually put that paint job on a real plane.
-
Why Floyd? Looks good. We can’t just have Shell Lightning paint schemes forever!
Chris...
Hard to believe someone would actually put that paint job on a real plane.
